However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we’ll do our best to make the process as smooth as possible.
Our Return Policy
28-Day Return Policy
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any non-personalised items if you change your mind.
Change of Mind
If you decide to return a product because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
Please provide your order number either via email at rustica.haze@gmail.com or include a note inside the return package.
If the product has been collected or delivered in person within the Bath area, you’ll also be responsible for shipping it back to us.
A refund will be issued once the item is received using the original payment method. It usually takes up to 10 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will cover the return shipping costs if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us via email at rustica.haze@gmail.com with the following:
- Photos clearly showing the damage to the product.
- A description of whether the outer packaging was also damaged or if only the product were affected.
- Indicate whether you want a full refund (product cost + postage fee) or a replacement.
Once we confirm your request, we will send you a postage return slip.
If you choose a replacement, we will do our best to ship it immediately. Refunds may take up to 10 days and will be processed through your original payment method.

Personalised Items
Unfortunately, we only accept returns on personalised products if they arrive damaged. If so, please follow the above process (Look: Damaged or Incorrect Items) for damaged or incorrect items.
